The Westway Shopping Centre is ideally located close to two car parks. Whether you’re planning a quick stop or a day out, you’ll find parking to suit your needs.
CORK STREET CAR PARK
A short stay (two hours maximum), pay and display car park with no height restrictions and 24-hour access.
- Charges: Applicable from 9am to 6pm daily, including bank holidays

- Spaces: 67 standard bays and 5 disabled bays

- Public toilets: No
CATTLE MARKET CAR PARK
A long stay, pay and display car park with no height restrictions and 24-hour access.
- Charges: Applicable from 9am to 6pm daily, including bank holidays
- Payment: Made by coins at the pay and display machines, or via PayByPhone using location code 801801
- Spaces: 352 standard bays, 23 disabled bays, 6 EV bays, and 1 motorcycle bay
- EV charging: Yes – ensure you pay for the parking time needed in addition to charging your car
- Public toilets: Yes
Opening hours
While most of our retailers are open during the following general hours, they do have variations. We recommend checking each store’s page for individual timings.
- Monday – Friday: 9am to 5pm
- Saturday: 9am to 5pm

The Westway Cinema opens later, and both the cinema and Cordero Lounge offer extended hours so you can spend the evening with us enjoying a meal and movie.

Do you have toilets on site?
Customers of Coffee#1, Cordero Lounge and Westway Cinema are welcome to use their facilities. Alternatively, there are public toilets in the Cattle Market Car Park.
Are dogs allowed?
As an outdoor shopping centre, well-behaved dogs are permitted in most common areas; however, individual stores may have their own policies. Please check with the store directly before taking your furry friend into a shop.
Is there a lost and found service?
Yes, if you think you have lost something in our shopping centre, please contact us and we will do our best to reunite you with it.
Can you use public transport to get to The Westway Shopping Centre?
Yes, the closest bus stops are in Market Place and all bus routes stop here. Alternatively, Frome coach and train station is approximately a 20-minute walk from the shopping centre.
